Questo il terzo e ultimo outfit che ho scelto di indossare durante la scorsa MFM. Come per gli altri due, ho prediletto, comodità  e sobrietà. Uno stile rock “sdrammatizzato” da accenti chic e cool: i pantaloni palazzo (pezzo must di questa stagione)  in tulle stretch e la giacca di pelle con rouche “effetto san gallo”. A rendere il look più spiritoso e divertente, la tracolla bicolor in neoprene con catena silver dell’ormai lanciatissimo e super modaiolo brand Leghilà 😉

This is the third and last outfit that I chose to wear during last week’s MFM. Just like the other two, I favoured both comfort and chasteness. A “played down” rock style with chic and cool touches: stretch tulle palazzo trousers (a must have for this season) and a leather jacket with “broiderie anglais” ruffles effect. To make the look a little more fun and witty, I added a two-tone colour neoprene bag with a silver chain from the already super fashionable brand Leghilà 😉

Il pizzo in diverse varianti, viene rivisitato come “nuovo” materiale: stampato, tinto e con impeccabile effetto 3D. Colori caldi, magici, fantastici e allegri. Lussuosa, ricercata, sensuale, ma è il caso di dirlo… anche “un tantino” pungente. Proprio così. Durante la sfilata infatti non sono mancati di certo momenti di grande provocazione … “WE WANT RENZI” questo il chiaro messaggio “indossato” in passerella dalle modelle.  “ E’ stata una provocazione voluta fin dal primo momento, siamo stufi di vedere governi imposti. – afferma Jerry Tommolini designer della maison- In Pin-Up Stars – abbiamo cambiato il modo di vivere il beachwear cosi come vorremmo che qualcosa cambiasse nel nostro paese”.

Special Guest della sfilata, la top model Fiammetta Cicogna, che, con la sua bellezza fresca e spontanea, il suo portamento e  il suo perfect body, è riuscita ad esaltare ancora di più lo stile unico, sofisticato e inimitabile del brand Pin-Up Stars 😉

Pin-Up Stars, a prestigious brand for swimming costumes, beachwear and accessories, 100% Made in Italy. In occassion of MFW, Pin-Up Stars presented a collection which took your breath away. Rich, spectacular, playful, sought-after, creative and extremely seductive. A real and propoer explosion of flowers, fabulous ethnic prints and plenty of irony. A selection of lace was proposed, revisited as though it were a “new” fabric: printed, dyed and with an impeccable 3D effect. Warm, magical, fantastic and happy colours. A perfect wearability, soft cuts thanks to the use of a special eco-friendly, 100% recycled polymide.

Lavish, sought-after, sensual, but it must be said…a little “too” biting. Exactly so. During the catwalks great moments of provacation didn’t go ammiss… “WE WANT RENZI” was the clear message which the models “strutted” on the catwalk. “It was a provocation that we wanted from the very beginning. We are fed of seeing fixed governments” – affirms Jerry Tommolini designer for the masison. “In Pin-UP Stars we have changed the way you live beachwear, just like we’d like that something changes in our very own country.”

Top model, Fiammetta Cicogna was the special guest at the show, who, with her fresh and spontaneous beauty, her perfect posture and perfect body was able to glorify the unique, sophisticated and inimitable style even more for the brand Pin-Up Stars 😉

INSIDE CHANEL – CAPITOLO 7 “Gabrielle Chanel”

Nel 1954 Gabrielle Chanel riapre la casa di moda e presenta la sua prima sfilata in rue Cambon, a Parigi. Gabrielle Chanel impone nuovamente il proprio stile a tutto il mondo e continua instancabile il suo operato, inventando ogni giorno l’allure di CHANEL. Il tailleur, la scarpa bicolore e la borsa matelassé diventano la sua firma. Leggenda vivente, Gabrielle Chanel si spegne nel 1971 nel suo appartamento al Ritz. La Maison CHANEL incarnerà per sempre la femminilità eterna.

In 1954 Gabrielle Chanel re-opened her Couture House and presented her first catwalk show on the rue Cambon in Paris. Once again she imposed her style onto the entire world, devoting herself tirelessly to her work and inventing the allure of CHANEL daily. The suit, the two-tone shoe and the quilted handbag became her signature pieces. A legend in her own lifetime, she passed away in her private apartment at the Ritz Hotel in 1971. Eternal femininity would be embodied forever by the House of CHANEL.

SERGEI GRINKO WOMEN’S WEAR S/S 2014 COLLECTION

“Rule & Divide” così si chiama la nuova collezione del sempre più super creativo designer Sergei Grinko. L’idea di Sergei, nasce proprio dal machiavellico motto del “Divide et Impara”, a cui però lo stilista desidera unire un’altra riflessione, più profonda e intrinseca, ossia unisci e governa”. Scontro e incontro… tra ciò che è inaspettatamente diverso. Da queste diversità scaturisce una perfetta ed armonica unione. Un nuovo concetto di sport-glam, dove la felpa ed il crop top vengono reinterpretati  e impreziositi dall’ utilizzo di molteplici e ricercati materiali. Seta crepe de chine, organza, un elegantissimo piquet, un inedito broccato di cotone, fino a giungere ad una leggerissima e quasi impalpabile pelle, che viene accuratamente lavorata a rilievo, con un meraviglioso effetto tridimensionale. Le gonne hanno svariate lunghezze da mini a midi a long. Le felpe e di crop top, si trasformano in questa collezione in capi estremamente cool e raffinati, ricamate con stampe dalle tematiche oniriche e accuratamente impreziosite da cristalli Swarovski. La palette dei colori usati, va dal blu a tutte le sue declinazioni e derivati, fino ad arrivare ad un assoluto e iper chic total white. Le calzature (che come sempre compongono la capsule collection Mario Valentino for Grinko), sono composte da scarpe maschili, stringate basse oltre che da sandali aperti ma sempre e rigorosamente bassi.

“Rule & Divide” is the name of the new collection by extremely creative designer Sergei Grinko. Sergei’s idea comes from the Macchiavellian  motto “Divide et Impara” to which the stylist would like to add a more profound and intrinsic consideration, which is “unite and govern”. Clash and meet…all that is unexpectedly different. A perfect and harmonious union arises from these differences. A new sport-glam concept where the fleece and crop top are reinterpreted and embellished with the use of multiple and sought after fabrics. Silk crepe de chine, organza, an elegant piquet, brocade cotton, right through to a soft and intangible leather, which is carefully handwoven and embossed with a magnificent three dimensional effect. The skirts have varying lengths from mini to midi to long. The fleeces and crop tops, in the collection, transform into extremely cool and elegant garments, embroided with dreamlike prints and embellished with Swarovski crystals. The palette of colours used, go from blue in all it’s various shades right through to chic white. The footwear (which as always make up the capsule collection Mario Valentino for Grinko) are made up of masculine shoes, low lace ups as well as open sandals but which are always and rigourously low.

TOYWATCH BODY ART EXPERIENCE

ToyWatch brand nato in Italia nel 2006 dal designer Marco Mavill, rappresenta “quel lusso percepito”: il lusso di sperimentare forme e materiali sempre innovativi e all’avanguardia. Collezioni uniche, trendy e dal design totalmente italiano, questi meravigliosi orologi sono la reinterpretazione in chiave assolutamente ironica dell’alta gioielleria. Seppur giovane, il brand si è rapidamente affermato sui mercati internazionali, riscuotendo grandissimo apprezzamento da parte di trend setter e celebrities dello spettacolo e dello sport. Alcuni dei modelli ToyWatch, sono stati infatti al polso di personaggi e di star come Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Alicia Keys Silvester Stallone, solo per citarne alcuni.

Sabato 21 settembre, in occasione della settimana della moda milanese, la suggestiva ed esclusivissima terrazza di Via Palestro ha ospitato uno degli eventi più belli, originali, entusiasmanti al quale abbia mai partecipato in questi ultimi mesi: ToyWatch Body Art Experience. Studiate e ben curate installazioni nelle quali si potevano ammirare, provare e scoprire tutte le novità della prossima collezione primavera-estate 2014 del mondo di ToyWatch, “arredavano” armoniosamente lo spazio interno ed esterno della terrazza. Ma non è tutto. Il brand ha infatti pensato di stupire, “colpire” con estrema classe ed eleganza i suoi ospiti con fantastiche e stupafecenti scenografie. (per quanto mi riguarda c’è proprio riuscito) . Gli Artisti della compagnia KataKlò (athletic dancer theathre, celebre gruppo di athletic dancer), con spettacolari performance hanno  magistralmente fuso  sport, danza e teatro. A rendere il tutto ancora più fantastico e incredibilmente artistico, l’opera di Guido Daniele, body painter di grande fama internazionale, nonché ideatore della campagna “ToyWatch get your icon on”. Fantasia, arte ed estrema abilità si sono materializzati sul corpo intero di alcune modelle. Proprio così il grande artista ha espresso in maniera estremamente personale, vivace e contemporanea, il  mood delle nuove collezioni.

Credetemi se vi dico che ho osservato e vissuto tutto ciò, con un trasporto, una meraviglia ed un incanto senza limiti. Amo l’arte e amo immensamente queste “nuove” forme creative, nelle quali si fondono perfettamente abilità, originalità, fascino….surrealismo. L’ho sempre pensato e sostenuto… moda e arte: perfetto, magico e incantevole connubio.

These magnificent watches are unique collections, trendy and of totally Italian design and are a completely ironic reinterpretation of high-end jewellery. Even though still young, the brand has quickly asserted itself on the international markets, earning a great approval from both trend setters and celebrities from both the world of showbiz and sport. Some of the ToyWatch designs have been spotted on the wrists of famous stars such as Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Alicia Keys Silvester Stallone, to mention just a few.

On Saturday 21st September, in occasion of Milan Fashion Week, the striking and exclusive Via Palestro terrace hosted one of the most beautiful, original and exciting events that I have taken part in over these past few months: ToyWatch Body Art Experience. Well studied equipment was available, where you could admire, try and discover all the ToyWatch novelties from the  spring-summer 2014 collection. They harmoniously furnished the inside and outside terrace. But this is not all. The brand infact thought about astonishing and “striking” its guests with the utmost class and elegance with fantastic and amazing scenic designs. As far as I’m concerned they were successful. Artists from the KataKlò company (athletic dancers, theatre) magically fused sport, dance and theatre together in a spectacular performance. Guido Daniele’s work of art, an internationally famous body painter, and aswell as than the creator of the “ToyWatch get your icon on” campaign made it all even more fantastic and incredibly artisitic. Imagination, art and extreme ability materialized on the bodies of some of the models. This is the way in which the great artist in a personal, vivacious and contemporary way expressed the mood of the new collections.

Believe me if I tell you that I saw and lived all of this with a great timeless fascination. I love art and immensely love these “new” creative shapes, in which ability, originality and charm come together…surreal. I have always thought and believed…fashion and art: a perfect, magical and enchanting union.
